Returns & Refunds

If something isn't right, you can return your order. We are open, and we accept returns.

14-day returns
You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Include your order number in the parcel.

How to return
Email customerservice@sumayah.co.uk or info@sumayah.co.uk with your order number and reason. We will send return instructions. Please do not post anything back until we have confirmed.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, a flat £3.50 return-shipping fee is deducted from your refund. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Return postage and the fee do not apply if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund your original payment method within 14 days, less the £3.50 fee where it applies. We will email you to confirm.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. You are entitled to a full refund (including original and return postage) or a replacement, with no return fee.

TikTok Shop
For TikTok orders, open a return request in the TikTok seller flow first. Do not post the item back without that request.
